Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When are you open?
A. We are currently trying to be open 7 days a week but it will depend on the interest in the number of people interested in playing. If you are interested in playing on a day that isn't listed our calendar, let us know and we can be sure that the field is open that day.

Q. Are reservations needed?
A. No, but to ensure that someone will be there to monitor everything, sell paint, provide air fills, etc then it is highly recommended that you make reservations and prepay!

Q. How far in advance must i make reservations?
A. The earlier the better, we recommend at least 4 days.

Q. What is prepay?
A. Prepay is a partial or full payment made in advanced. It is recommended to prepay if you are renting equipment to guarantee that equipment will be available for you for that play day. Prepay is also recommended if you want to buy paint that way we can reserve paint for you in case an unexpected number of people buy paint before you. Prepayments are non-refundable.

Q. How do I make reservations or prepay?
A. Use the form section at the bottom of the page to indicate that you want to make a reservation and/or prepay. Prepayments must be made in the form of cash, check or money order.

Q. What is your policy for cancellations?
A. There are absolutely no refunds. However, you can have a rain check for your game day if you cancel your reservation and/or prepay at least 36 hours in advanced. Anything under 36 hours will result in no refund and no rain check.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. No.

Q. Why don't you accept credit cards?
A. In order to keep prices as low as possible, we do not accept credit cards so be sure to bring enough cash!

Q. If I don't have enough cash, can I open a tab?
A. No.

Q. I've never paintballed before! What is the competition like?
A. Generally, the players who come are normally first timers and beginners. The expert players only make up a very small percentage.

Q. I'm new to paintball! Is there someone who can show me the ropes??
A. Sure, you can tag along with anyone who is willing to let you stick to them or you can tag along to one of our sponsored teams or referees! We also now have a new section for people who want to gain some training in paintball, this is an excellent way to learn more!

Q. Why do you rent Icons? I thought they aren't durable or accurate?
A.The most common gun rented at most fields are the Tippmann 98 or Tippmann Pro Carbine which are both made of aluminum die-cast, the Icon-X is of very similar material aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloys are used on NASA motors so there isn't a durability issue. Also, gear is chosen very carefully. Accuracy is dependent on a paint to barrel bore size match meaning the closer they match in size, the more accurate they will be. Also, Icons are chosen for their light weight, high rate of fire, and light trigger pull.

Q. How do I rent equipment?
A. It is recommended that you pay in advanced but not required. If you do not pay in advanced, rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. In order to rent equipment, you must submit 2 forms of photo ID or 1 form of photo ID and a credit card or 1 form of photo ID and a blank, signed check.

Q. What should I wear?
A. You should wear comfortable clothing. Long sleeves are best! If you want, you can also rent out coveralls. Sizes are limited and advanced payment is required.

Q. Can I bring my own gun?
A. Yes! However, you will be subject to chronograph at various times. You must also have a barrel condom on your gun at all times outside of games.

Q. Can I play a private field?
A. Yes but you must have a minimum of 8 players to do so.

Q. How long can I expect to play?
A. Each game normally lasts up to 15 or 20 minutes. Scenario games last all day but if you're eliminted in a scenario game, you're reinserted back into the game after a few minutes.

A. We always recommend at least 1000 paintballs (1/2 case) for a whole day.
